Healthy Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (4-6 oz each)
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together remaining olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add asparagus pieces to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Arrange asparagus around the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
6. Serve with a side of steamed brown rice and enjoy!
